TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
Camelot Institute è una piattaforma web di “Social Intelligence Learning Management System” finalizzata alla creazione di contenuti e percorsi didattici e formativi personalizzati per imprese e istituzioni formative. Camelot Institute ha l’obiettivo di supportare gli utilizzatori nella gestione della formazione, fornendo l’accesso a informazioni relative a corsi ed in generale a contenuti e servizi relativi al settore della formazione (in seguito “i contenuti”). Esso si definisce un learning space intelligente che, attraverso un recommender system (sistema basato su algoritmi di intelligenza artificiale) facilita i docenti nella creazione dei corsi, permettendo di risparmiare tempo e risorse. La piattaforma ha anche una componente social di “Collaborative learning”, utile per facilitare la condivisione di conoscenza e per la revisione dei contenuti dei corsi.
1. USO DELLA PIATTAFORMA WEB
L’accesso e/o l’uso di questo portale pone in essere la condizione di UTENTE, sia nel caso di Centro di Formazione che di Utente privato. L’utente, nel caso di navigazione o di utilizzo degli strumenti e dei servizi offerti da Camelot Institute, accetta tacitamente l’adempimento delle Condizioni legali del Servizio e le norme sulla Privacy. L’utente s’impegna a fare un uso adeguato dei contenuti e dei servizi che Camelot Institute offre attraverso il proprio sito web e, a titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo, a non impiegarli per incorrere in attività illegali o contrarie al principio della buona fede e/o all’ordine pubblico; provocare danni ai sistemi fisici e/o logici di Camelot Institute o degli Utenti; provare ad accedere e, in tal caso, utilizzare i dati delle e-mail di altri Utenti e modificare o manipolare i loro messaggi o dati di registrazione. Nel caso in cui l’utente debba accedere a un servizio attraverso un processo di registrazione, sarà responsabile di fornire informazioni veritiere e lecite. A seguito della registrazione, all’utente può essere fornita una password della quale sarà responsabile, impegnandosi a fare della stessa un uso diligente e confidenziale.
2. TITOLARITÀ E PROPRIETÀ INTELLETTUALE E INDUSTRIALE
Camelot Institute, in proprio conto o per conto di terzi, è titolare di tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale e industriale delle proprie pagine web, così come degli elementi contenuti nelle stesse (materiale informativo, marche, immagini, suoni, audio, video o testi: loghi, combinazioni di colori, struttura e disegno, selezione di materiali usati, software necessari al suo funzionamento, accesso e uso, ecc.) In virtù di quanto disposto dalla normativa nazionale, europea e internazionale relativamente alla proprietà intellettuale, rimangono espressamente proibite la riproduzione, la distribuzione e la comunicazione pubblica, incluso la modalità di messa a disposizione, della totalità o di una parte dei contenuti di questa pagina web e, di fatto, del contenuto elaborato da Camelot Institute, a fini commerciali, in qualsiasi supporto e in qualsiasi strumento tecnico, senza previa autorizzazione di Camelot Institute. L’utente s’impegna a rispettare i diritti di proprietà intellettuale e industriale di Camelot Institute. Potrà visualizzare gli elementi delle differenti pagine web ed anche stamparli, copiarli e archiviarli nel disco rigido del proprio computer o in qualsiasi altro supporto fisico in qualsiasi momento, ma solo ed esclusivamente per uso personale e privato. L’utente dovrà astenersi da eliminare, alterare, eludere o manipolare qualsiasi dispositivo di protezione o sistema di sicurezza eventualmente installato nelle pagine di Camelot Institute. 3. RIGUARDO LA PUBBLICAZIONE DI CORSI E QUALSIASI ALTRO CONTENUTO FORNITO DAGLI UTENTI di Camelot Institute
L’obiettivo principale di Camelot Institute è mettere a disposizione la piattaforma per la creazione di corsi da parte di “esperti”, o meglio utenti accreditati (aziende, università e qualsiasi altro centro di formazione) e la possibilità di utilizzare i servizi di Camelot Institute per ottenere la massima diffusione della propria offerta formativa e ottenere, di conseguenza, nuove iscrizioni ai propri corsi. Inoltre, Camelot Institute dà la possibilità a agli Utenti accreditati di includere ogni tipo d’informazione che desideri condividere con gli altri Utenti di Camelot Institute. Per esempio, opinioni riguardo i corsi. Attraverso la messa a disposizione di contenuti sulla piattaforma web di Camelot Institute, l’Utente (Ente o Utente privato) dichiara di essere il legittimo titolare dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale e industriale o di essere autorizzato alla distribuzione e comunicazione pubblica dei contenuti, e autorizza e pertanto cede esplicitamente a Camelot Institute, il contenuto fornito a tempo indeterminato e per chiunque per la sua riproduzione, distribuzione e comunicazione pubblica attraverso qualsiasi mezzo fisico o elettronico, principalmente Internet (attraverso qualsiasi dispositivo) e posta elettronica. L’utente che desideri condividere e metta a disposizione contenuti e/o informazioni attraverso Camelot Institute (corsi e opinioni compresi) accetta espressamente che suddetto contenuto e/o informazione possa essere pubblicato e indicizzato su Google, altri motori di ricerca e qualunque altro mezzo di diffusione.
4. PUBBLICAZIONE DI INFORMAZIONI SUI CORSI
Camelot Institute stabilisce le seguenti norme per la pubblicazione di contenuti da parte degli Utenti: L’utente deve pubblicare il miglior contenuto possibile.primo elemento; Ogni informazione pubblicata dall’Utente su Camelot Institute dovrà essere legale e veritiera e non violare diritti di terzi né la normativa vigente. A tale scopo, l’Utente garantisce l’autenticità di tutte le informazioni pubblicate su Camelot Institute; Analogamente, sarà responsabilità dell’Utente che pubblica corsi tenere le informazioni pubblicate su Camelot Institute aggiornate e adattate in ogni momento alla situazione reale in cui si trovi; L’Utente è l’unico responsabile dei contenuti da lui pubblicati; Allo stesso tempo, l’inclusione di tali informazioni su corsi e centri di formazione non implicherà nessun tipo di associazione, fusione o partecipazione di Camelot Institute alle imprese, università o qualunque altra entità, salvo nel caso in cui Camelot Institute lo stabilisca espressamente nelle proprie Condizioni o nel portale
5. PUBBLICAZIONE DI OPINIONI
Gli utenti possono fornire attraverso la piattaforma, opinioni sui corsi pubblicati su Camelot Institute. Vedi Notifica a Camelot Institute di contenuti diffamatori.
6. PROIBIZIONI SULLA PUBBLICAZIONE DEL CONTENUTO
Camelot Institute non permette la distribuzione, gestione o divulgazione di contenuti che pregiudichino la qualità del servizio. A titolo esplicativo e non limitativo, Camelot Institute proibisce l’uso di contenuti:
- Che siano considerati illeciti rispetto alla normativa nazionale, comunitaria o internazionale o che realizzino attività considerate illecite o che violino i principi di buona fede.
- Che violino ciò che è stabilito dalle Condizioni legali di Camelot Institute.
- Che violino i diritti fondamentali delle persone, cerchino di approfittare delle debolezze dell’Utente, manchino di educazione in rete, danneggino o possano generare opinioni negative nei nostri Utenti o Terzi. Di fatto, a titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo: qualsiasi diritto legale di Terzi. Quelli che favoriscano o potenzino la creazione, il mantenimento o l’incentivazione di attività relative alla pornografia, materiale osceno o gestione di contatti erotici; quelli che siano in relazione con la chiaroveggenza, i tarocchi, le “scienze occulte” o qualsiasi altro contenuto simile; e in generale qualsiasi contenuto che Camelot Institute consideri non appropriato agli Utenti e, in particolare, ai minorenni. E in generale quelli che contravvengano ai principi di legalità, onorabilità, responsabilità, protezione della dignità umana, protezione dei minori, protezione dell’ordine pubblico, protezione della vita privata, protezione del consumatore e dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale e industriale. In nessun caso Camelot Institute sarà responsabile dei contenuti e delle opinioni immesse dagli Utenti attraverso qualsiasi strumento di partecipazione.
7. DIRITTO DI ESCLUSIONE
Camelot Institute si riserva il diritto di diniego e di recesso nell’accesso al proprio sito web e/o ai servizi offerti, senza obbligo di preavviso, su richiesta propria o di un terzo, agli Utenti che non rispettino le seguenti Condizioni legali. Allo stesso tempo, si riserva il diritto di recesso nel caso di contenuti considerati incompatibili con le Condizioni di Camelot Institute o che, a suo giudizio, non risultino adeguati alla pubblicazione sui siti web di Camelot Institute o contenuti che consideri non appropriati alle caratteristiche e alle finalità di Camelot Institute.
8. ESCLUSIONE DI GARANZIE E RESPONSABILITÀ
Camelot Institute non è responsabile, in alcun caso, dei danni e pregiudizi di qualsiasi natura che possano occorrere, a titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo: per errori o omissioni nei contenuti pubblicati da terzi (Centri e/o Utenti); per mancanza di disponibilità del portale; per qualsiasi situazione derivante da causa fortuita o di forza maggiore, avendo adottato tutti gli strumenti tecnologici necessari per evitarlo. Camelot Institute non può controllare ogni contenuto pubblicato, quindi non può assumersi la responsabilità sugli stessi. In nessun caso Camelot Institute si assumerà la responsabilità per i corsi, le opinioni e qualsiasi altro contenuto pubblicato dagli Utenti o provenienti da collegamenti di un altro sito, né garantirà la disponibilità tecnica, la qualità, l’affidabilità, l’esattezza, l’ampiezza, la veridicità, la validità e la costituzionalità di qualsiasi materiale o informazione contenuto in ciascuno di detti corsi, collegamenti ipertestuali a altri siti web.
9. PRIVACY
Qualsiasi informazione personale che ci venga fornita attraverso il sito web sarà trattata in accordo con la nostra Privacy Policy.
10. MODIFICA DELLE CONDIZIONI LEGALI E POLITICHE DI PROTEZIONE DEI DATI
Camelot Institute si riserva il diritto di effettuare, senza previo avviso, le modifiche che consideri opportune in qualsiasi dei siti web di cui è titolare, apportando modifiche, cancellazioni o aggiunte sia sui contenuti che si pubblicano che sui servizi che si forniscono.
11. CONDIZIONI GENERALI
Camelot Institute perseguirà l’inadempimento delle presenti Condizioni, così come qualsiasi utilizzo indebito dei propri siti web, esercitando le azioni civili e penali di cui è titolare di diritto.
12. LEGISLAZIONE APPLICABILE E GIURISDIZIONE
La piattaforma web Camelot Institute, escludendo i collegamenti a terzi, è controllato da SOCIAL THINGS SRL con sede legale in Via Battista de Rolandi 1, 20156 Milano MI. Tramite l’accesso, la pubblicazione e/o l’uso di questo sito web, si accetta espressamente che qualsiasi disputa, reclamo o altra questione derivata o relativa saranno valutate in base alla normativa spagnola vigente e qualsiasi controversia sarà sottoposta ai Giudizi e tribunali della città di Milano, salvo che la normativa di tutela ai consumatori e agli Utenti non stabilisca altri criteri.
GUIDA PER LE OPINIONI DEGLI UTENTI
Le opinioni espresse appartengono agli Utenti di Camelot Institute e non a Camelot Institute. Tutti gli Utenti che abbiano seguito un corso da Camelot Institute hanno diritto a pubblicare le proprie opinioni o esperienze personali rispetto al Corso in questione. L’Utente stabilisce che, a beneficio di tutti gli Utenti di Camelot Institute, venga mantenuta pubblicata la sua opinione anche nel caso in cui decidesse di non usufruire più del Servizio. L’Utente certifica che la sua opinione è basata sulla propria diretta esperienza, che rifletta la sua opinione sincera sul Corso, che non ha nessuna relazione, sia personale che imprenditoriale, con l’entità e che quest’ultima non gli ha offerto incentivo o somme di denaro per pubblicarla. utte le opinioni devono rispettare le seguenti direttive:
- Essere atte a tutto il pubblico: assenza di blasfemie, minacce, descrizioni offensive per la persona, commenti che dimostrino pregiudizio, incitazione all’odio e qualsiasi contenuto che non sia di tipo familiare e amichevole. Non si ammettono commenti grafici su attività criminali violente né sulla partecipazione ad attività illegali.
- Essere scritte da Utenti registrati maggiori di 16 anni.
- Essere originali: le opinioni potranno contenere solo materiale originale e non copiato da altre fonti.
- Essere veritiere e corrispondenti ad un’esperienza personale: le opinioni dovranno necessariamente essere basate sull’esperienza personale di chi le scrive al termine del corso. Non si ammetteranno informazioni non ricavate direttamente, citazioni di altre fonti o opinioni ed esperienze ritenute appartenere ad altre persone.
- Essere rilevanti per l’Utente che cerca informazioni: le opinioni devono essere rilevanti per chi sta cercando corsi di formazione. Non siamo un foro di opinioni politiche, etiche o religiose. Non pubblicheremo domande o commenti indirizzati ai rappresentanti di un Centro, né domande o commenti diretti al personale di Camelot Institute. Non si accetteranno neanche indirizzi di posta elettronica o di Web commerciali o dati di contatto. Non accetteremo materiale promozionale di nessun tipo.
NOTIFICA A Camelot Institute DI CONTENUTI DIFFAMATORI
Le dichiarazioni veritiere e che mostrino un’opinione onesta (come potrebbe essere un giudizio negativo) non devono essere considerate in sé stesse diffamatorie. Si devono considerare attentamente i fatti prima di intraprendere un’accusa o presentare querela o reclamo (e chiedere parere legale in caso di dubbio), posto che una falsa accusa potrebbe comportare responsabilità personale. Camelot Institute si riserva il diritto di richiedere la verifica delle generalità ed appurare maggiori informazioni dell'utente in modo da chiarirne i motivi del reclamo. Camelot Institute non potrà investigare sui reclami anonimi, o che siano inviati in modo incorretto, o che non contengano informazioni sufficienti. Faremo tutto ciò che è in nostro potere per identificare contenuti diffamatori quando questi non siano notificati, ma non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili se non veniamo informati di tutti i dati o fatti rilevanti, o se tali fatti non possono essere verificati o investigati. Tutti i dati personali che ci vengono forniti saranno usati in accordo con la nostra Privacy Policy; ti preghiamo di essere certo prima di fornirci qualsiasi dato personale. Camelot Institute is a web platform of the “Social Intelligence Learning Management System” aimed at creating personalized educational and training content and courses for businesses and educational institutions. Camelot Institute aims to support users in managing training by providing access to information related to courses and, in general, to content and services related to the training sector (hereinafter referred to as “the content”). It defines itself as an intelligent learning space that, through a recommender system (a system based on artificial intelligence algorithms), facilitates teachers in creating courses, allowing them to save time and resources. The platform also has a social component of “Collaborative Learning,” useful for facilitating knowledge sharing and for reviewing course content.
1. USE OF THE WEB PLATFORM
Accessing and/or using this portal constitutes the condition of USER, whether as a Training Center or a private User. The user, when browsing or using the tools and services offered by Camelot Institute, implicitly accepts the fulfillment of the Service's Legal Conditions and privacy regulations. The user commits to making appropriate use of the content and services that Camelot Institute offers through its website and, by way of example and not limitation, not to use them to engage in illegal activities or contrary to the principle of good faith and/or public order; to cause damage to the physical and/or logical systems of Camelot Institute or its Users; to attempt to access and, in such cases, use the email data of other Users and modify or manipulate their messages or registration data. In the event that the user needs to access a service through a registration process, they will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. Following registration, the user may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to use it diligently and confidentially.
2. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

3. REGARDING THE PUBLICATION OF COURSES AND ANY OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY Camelot Institute USERS
The main objective of Camelot Institute is to provide a platform for creating courses by “experts,” or rather accredited users (companies, universities, and any other training center) and the ability to use Camelot Institute's services to achieve maximum dissemination of their training offerings and consequently obtain new enrollments in their courses. Additionally, Camelot Institute allows accredited Users to include any type of information they wish to share with other Camelot Institute Users. For example, opinions regarding courses. By providing content on Camelot Institute's web platform, the User (Entity or private User) declares to be the legitimate holder of the intellectual and industrial property rights or to be authorized to distribute and publicly communicate the content, and therefore explicitly authorizes and assigns to Camelot Institute the content provided indefinitely and to anyone for its reproduction, distribution, and public communication through any physical or electronic means, primarily Internet (through any device) and email. The user who wishes to share and make available content and/or information through Camelot Institute (including courses and opinions) expressly agrees that such content and/or information may be published and indexed on Google, other search engines, and any other dissemination means.
4. PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION ABOUT COURSES
Camelot Institute establishes the following rules for the publication of content by Users: The user must publish the best possible content as a first element; Any information published by the User on Camelot Institute must be legal and truthful and must not violate the rights of third parties nor current legislation. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all information published on Camelot Institute; Similarly, it will be the responsibility of the User who publishes courses to keep the information published on Camelot Institute updated and adapted at all times to the real situation in which they find themselves; The User is solely responsible for the content they publish; At the same time, including such information on courses and training centers will not imply any kind of association, merger, or participation of Camelot Institute in businesses, universities, or any other entities, unless Camelot Institute expressly establishes it in its Conditions or in the portal.
5. PUBLICATION OF OPINIONS

6. PROHIBITIONS ON CONTENT PUBLICATION
Camelot Institute does not allow the distribution, management, or disclosure of content that compromises the quality of the service. By way of example and not limitation, Camelot Institute prohibits the use of content:
- That is considered illegal under national, community, or international law or that engages in activities considered illegal or that violate the principles of good faith.
- That violates what is established by Camelot Institute's Legal Conditions.
- That violates individuals' fundamental rights, seeks to exploit the user's weaknesses, lacks net etiquette, harms or may generate negative opinions among our Users or Third Parties. In fact, by way of example and not limitation: any legal rights of Third Parties. Those that encourage or enhance the creation, maintenance, or incentivization of activities related to pornography, obscene material, or management of erotic contacts; those related to clairvoyance, tarot, “occult sciences,” or any other similar content; and in general, any content that Camelot Institute deems inappropriate for Users and, in particular, minors. 7. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
Camelot Institute reserves the right to deny and withdraw access to its website and/or the services offered, without prior notice, upon its own request or that of a third party, to Users who do not comply with the following Legal Conditions. At the same time, it reserves the right to withdraw in the case of content deemed incompatible with Camelot Institute's Conditions or that, in its judgment, is not suitable for publication on Camelot Institute's websites or content it considers inappropriate for the characteristics and purposes of Camelot Institute.
8. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Camelot Institute is not responsible, in any case, for damages and prejudices of any nature that may occur, by way of example and not limitation: for errors or omissions in content published by third parties (Centers and/or Users); for lack of availability of the portal; for any situation arising from a fortuitous event or force majeure, having adopted all necessary technological tools to prevent it. Camelot Institute cannot control every published content, so it cannot assume responsibility for them. Under no circumstances will Camelot Institute assume responsibility for the courses, opinions, and any other content published by Users or originating from links to another site, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, truthfulness, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in each of these courses, hypertext links to other websites.
9. PRIVACY
Any personal information provided to us through the website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. AMENDMENT OF LEGAL CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION POLICIES
Camelot Institute reserves the right to make changes, without prior notice, that it deems appropriate in any of the websites it owns, making changes, deletions, or additions both to the content published and to the services provided.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Camelot Institute will pursue non-compliance with these Conditions, as well as any misuse of its websites, by exercising the civil and criminal actions it is entitled to by law.

GUIDE FOR USER OPINIONS
Opinions expressed belong to the Users of Camelot Institute and not to Camelot Institute. All Users who have completed a course from Camelot Institute have the right to publish their own opinions or personal experiences regarding the Course in question. The User ensures that, for the benefit of all Camelot Institute Users, their opinion remains published even if they decide to no longer use the Service. The User certifies that their opinion is based on their own direct experience, reflects their sincere opinion on the Course, has no personal or business relationship with the entity, and that the latter has not offered them any incentives or money to publish it. All opinions must comply with the following guidelines:
- Be suitable for the general public: absence of profanity, threats, offensive descriptions of persons, comments that demonstrate prejudice, incitement to hatred, and any content that is not family-friendly and amicable. Graphic comments on violent criminal activities or participation in illegal activities are not allowed.
- Be written by registered Users over 16 years old.
- Be original: opinions may only contain original material and not copied from other sources.
